  • 3/10 an egg yolk
  • 6.7 g of butter
  • 10 buns
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 30 g custard powder
  • 20 g icing sugar
  • 20 g cornflour
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk
  • (It is ok to use the 99% fat free ones or any regular ones)
  • 60 ml coconut milk
  • (It is ok to use the fat reduced ones or any regular ones)
  • 15 g butter
  • 1 large egg yolk
