Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flour - 60 ml
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder - 2 ml
  • 6 shoulder lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil - 30 ml
  • 1 cup commercial chili sauce - 250 ml
  • 1/2 cup wine vinegar - 125 ml
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed - 60 ml
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce - 30 ml
  • 2 tsp salt - 10 ml
  • 2 tsp prepared mustard - 10 ml
  • 6 thick slices onion
