fresh Arugula 1 grapefruit – sectioned 1 orange – peeled and sliced 1 cup red cabbage – sliced thin 1 cup savoy cabbage sliced thin 1 red onion – sliced thin ½ cup toasted almonds – chopped ½ cup of dried apricots – chopped ½ pint of grape tomatoes For the Dressing: 3 tbs honey 2 tbs lemon juice ¼ cup balsamic vinegar 1 clove garlic – chopped ½ cup olive oil ½ tsp. salt ½ tsp. black pepper Instructions Prepare your NESTLÉ® STOUFFER’S® Family Size Entreés Lasagna as directed. For the Arugula Citrus Salad & Dressing: Combine all the ingredients for the salad in a large bowl and toss.
