Here’s a slow cooker spaghettisaucethatcan be amealin itself even withoutthepasta. If you areusing frozen meatballs (eitherprepared or your own that you froze) they needn’t be defrosted before you put theminthe crock pot
This is another recipe I received inanemail from FineCookingintheir "Make It Tonight" series. One otherthing - the next time I make this, I will add more potatoes (atleast one more, but probably two)
Theamount of spinach. Seasoning. Materials. Practice. Red sauce. c of water. Block 600 grams of lamb. Ginger 40 grams. Red sauce 60 grams. 50 cc of water. 2 tablespoonsdarksesame oil. 2 tablespoons rice wine. 1 tsp castersugar. 1 Washthelamb pieces, drainbackup. Lamb block 2 would approach 1 rapidlyboilingwater, boil hot, ready to use. 3 TakeHeat wok, add 2 tablespoonsdarksesame oil, thenaddtheginger until fragrant. 3 Then put a piece of fried lambpractice 3 minutes, add red sauceandallseasoningsand stir. 4 Finally, addboilingwater to boiling, pour the electric pot pot, add 2 cups of water outside the pot, then mix until switching jump spinachleaves to boil hot. 600 grams of lamb. 40 grams. 60 grams. 2 tablespoonsdarksesame oil. 2 tablespoons rice wine. 1 tsp castersugar. 2 tablespoonsdarksesame oil. 3 minutes. 2 cups of water
I havehad some mixed results when makingmeatballsinthe slow cooker, but these turned out perfect - they kept theirshape, cookedfairly quickly andtasted even better as leftovers the second day
Then you havetheprotein, pulled pork andthen you havethe little factthat I cooked it inthe crock pot which just adds two more words onto thatincredibly long list
Break up the ground beef withaspatulaand cook until no longer pink. Homemademeatsauce is bakedinthe oven for a deep and rich tomato, garlic, and herb flavor
Drainthe liquid off of themeatand serve it (in little bowls) with your french dip sandwiches. Addall of your ingredients (except themeat) and stir well
Jerk is one of my favoriteflavorsand you can’tmake delicious Caribbean Jerk without one hot fiery recipe and you’re in luck as I found the perfect combination of jerk goodness

Last week we cookedagreat chopped beef on the smoker. Theresultingsaucewasthen pureed inthe blender and returned to the pot on warm till time to serve withthe chopped beef
