Ingredients

  • Lassi Breakfast Panna Cotta
  • Makes 4-5 servings
  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup of quinoa flakes
  • 1 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup of raw pecans
  • 1/2 cup of pepitas or pistachios
  • 1/2 cup melted liquid coconut oil or olive oil
  • 1 cup of chopped dark chocolate chunks, separated into 1/2 cups 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4-1/2 cup of coconut flakes
  • 5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • Optional: 1/2 cup of dried cherries or cranberries
  • 2 cups of Dahlicious Lassi plain lassi, at room temperature
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 5 tablespoons of chestnut honey (or another dark honey)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6-7 g of powdered agar agar (depending on whether you want it more loose or more firm) or 1.5 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • Optional: honey, blackberries, and pomegranate seeds
