Ingredients

  • 1/3 C Hot Water
  • 4 C Milk

  • 3/4 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Lavender Ridge Farms culinary lavender.

  • 1 1/4 C Butter
  • 3/4 C Vanilla
