Ingredients

  • 1 cup of leftover dal (lentils curry)
  • 1 cup wheat flour or as needed to make the dough
  • 1 tbsp gram flour (besan)
  • 1/4 onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander finely chopped
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp dry mango powder (amchur)
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp green chilli paste (or 2-3 green chillies finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • salt to taste
  • some ghee/butter
