  • 3 cups of water
  • 2 cups of cubed leftover ham, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 3 red potatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon ready to use minced garlic
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
