  • 1.5 Cups of Leftover Dosa Batter
  • 4 Tbsp of Maida/ All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tbsp of Sooji / Rava/ Semolina
  • 1/2 Red Onion, Grated
  • 1 Inch Ginger, grated
  • 2 Green Chillies, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp of Cumin
  • 1 Medium Size Carrot, Grated
  • 1 Sprig of Curry Leaves, Finely Chopped
  • Pinch of Hing / Asafoetida
  • 6 Pepper corns, Crushed
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 Cup of Water or as needed
  • Oil as needed
