  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 (16 1/2 ounce) can blueberries, rinsed and drained well
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
