  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 5 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 10 minutes
  • 8 oz packages of cream cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 2 lemons
  • 16 oz carton of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • Baked Cheesecake
