Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp gin
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 small lemon
  • sized tamarind
  • 6-8 lemons or
  • 1 big
  • wild lemon
  • 2 tsp grated jaggery
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 4-6 garlic cloves
  • 3 cm fresh root ginger
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • 2-3 tsp
  • ¼ tsp ground fenugreek
  • Salt to taste
