  • 1/2 cup brown rice
  • 1/2 cup wild rice
  • 3 cups vegetable broth (more or less)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 bunch broccoli, chopped small and steamed
  • 1/2 cup cashews, roasted
  • basil
  • salt and pepper
