  • 14 ounces uncooked whole-grain elbow macaroni or quinoa
  • 1½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (not packed in oil), thinly sliced
  • 14 cups torn fresh kale
  • 11 (14.5-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
