  • ¼ cup chicken broth or water
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 12 ounces hot sauce (Frank’s Red Hot – original – is perfect)
  • 3 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 8 ounces cheese curds or farmer’s cheese, crumbled
  • 2 pieces of flat bread, 11 x 9in or close to it (or more if needed)
  • ½ cup blue cheese dressing (for dipping)
