Ingredients

  • 1 box pasta
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp plus 2 tsp olive oil, divided
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (I used 2%)
  • 2 cans tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup frozen peas, drained
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
