  • 3/4 cup fresh Broadbean seeds (Papdi dana)
  • 1 cup chopped fresh fenugreek leaves (Methi)
  • 1 cup chopped Spring onions (Scallion)
  • 2 medium sized potatoes (Peeled and chopped in cubes)
  • 4 small sized green eggplants (Chopped in cubes)

  • 3 tbspns oil
  • 1 tspn carom seeds (Ajwain)
  • 1/2 tspn fruit salt or soda bi-carb
  • 1 tspn Ginger paste
  • 2 tspns Green chillies paste
  • 1/2 cup fresh grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped corriander leaves
  • 1 tspn turmeric powder
  • 2 tspns corrinader-cumin powder
  • 1 tspn lemon juice
  • 2 tspns Sugar
  • Water as required
  • Salt to taste
