  • Frosting
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup solid vegetable shortening
  • 5 cups (about 1 lb) confectioner's sugar
  • 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Limoncello
  • 2 tablespoons lemon flavored gelatin
