  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar (plus 1 tablespoon more light brown sugar)
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons orange zest, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
