Ingredients

  • 4-5 med russet potato
  • 4 T butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cups half and half
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup bacon bits
  • 375 degrees
  • 45-60 min or
  • 3. In a large pot melt butter
  • 1/4 cup flour and whisk to combine.Cook the mixture whisking constantly for 2 min or until starts to brown.4.Mix together broth,half and half and remaining 1/4 cup flour until well combined.5.slowly add the mixture into the pot and cook until hot and boiling
