  • 2-4 slabs / slices firm tofu
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 6 button, chestnut or portobello mushrooms sliced
  • 1-2 fat garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 60 g wholemeal roll (Healthy Extra)
  • approx 30g cheese - mozzarella, cheddar etc (Healthy Extra)
