  • 2 tablespoons dried anchovies - soaked
  • 1 tablespoon dried shrimps - soaked
  • 2 fresh red chillie
  • 3 garlic cloves - peeled
  • 3 shallots - peeled
  • salt to taste
  • cooking oil
