  • 150 ml Madeira, red whine or stock
  • 150 ml beef stock
  • 100 g pancetta
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 large springs
  • 2 tsp dried oregano

  • 500 g beef mince
  • 200 g fresh pork sausage
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 400 g an of chopped tomatoes
  • 4 squid
  • 1 tsp soft light brown sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 10 lasagne sheets
  • 50 g grated
  • 40 g flour
  • 40 g butter
  • 300 ml double cream
  • 300 ml milk
  • 150 ml vinho da Madeira, vinho tinto, ou caldo de carne
  • 150 ml caldo de carne
  • 1 cebola
  • 200 gr sal
  • 400 gr de tomate picado
  • 50 gr queijo Parmesão ralado
  • 40 gr manteiga
  • 300 ml natas para culinária
  • 300 ml leite
