Ingredients

  • 200 gr / 7 oz all-purpose flour
  • 50 gr / 1.7 oz corn starch
  • 1 envelope dry yeast about 9 gr / 1 ½ tsp
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 280 gr / 10 oz lukewarm water
  • Corn or vegetable oil for frying and a little bit for wetting the teaspoon
