Ingredients

  • 8 T Organic pastured butter, melted 1 T Lemon juice (no additives - 100% juice) 1 T MCT oil (or coconut oil) 8-10 drops Lemon flavored liquid stevia (can use regular unflavored & add more lemon juice) *Optional - garnish of unsweetened coconut flakes Instructions In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients until well mixed. Evenly distribute mixture into 12 silicone muffin cups & garnish (if desired) with coconut flakes. Refrigerate uncovered for about an hour until they seem to firm up a bit, then store in a covered container in the fridge. Serve cold. Enjoy!
