  • Crust
  • 1 package of graham crackers (there are 2 in a box, only use 1)
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • Filling
  • ½ block firm tofu (7 oz)
  • 2 tbsp Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 3 single serve cups of Silk Vanilla Soy Yogurt
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla
  • Topping
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
