Ingredients

  • 3 tbsps cooking oil
  • 2 c julienned carrots
  • 2 c julienned turnips
  • 1 tbsps crushed garlic
  • 24 dwarf/green beans sliced diagonally
  • 1 can cooked chick peas, drained (about 1 cup)
  • 1 celery stalk, sliced thinly
  • 4 bunches spring onions, green and white parts separated, cut diagonally
  • 1/2 c small peeled raw prawns
  • 1 c firm tofu, cut into strips
  • 1/2 c cooked, shredded chicken meat
  • 2 tbsps corn flour
  • 2 c water
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/4 c light soy sauce
