I think this simmering obsession started with a little plastic cup of instant mac and cheese mix. But don’t fret, I’d like to believe thisis a standard recipe that welcomes substitutions – just don’t skip the cream cheese
My family are big fans of Mac & Cheese. I don't really know why thisdishis called Monster Mac, but adding green food coloring to the sauce would make my wee people giggle all through dinner 'cause they were "eating monster guts"
This wouldn’t be macaroni and cheese without the cheese. Together we will get through this. Dried thyme (because pumpkin mac and cheese feels very autumny to me and thyme is a very thanksgiving ingredient)
