Ingredients

  • 113 g unsalted
  • 480 ml Milk
  • 4 Eggs, separated
  • 4 drops White Vinegar (I used 1/4 tsp cream of tartar)
  • 150 g Confectioner's Sugar (I used 145g icing sugar, sifted to remove lumps)
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
  • 115 g Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract ( I would prefer 2 tsp in future)
