Not Your Mother's Make-AheadCookbook by Jessica Fisher. Recipe adapted from one of my fav cookbooks. *If making these for a make-aheadmeal, follow directions up to the point of putting them in the oven
Mix everything, form into 1-2 tablespoon balls and either pan fry in oil over medium-heat until browned on all sides, about 2-4 minutes per side OR roast in a preheated 350F/180C oven until lightly golden brown, about 20-25 minutes. Add the broth, tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, meatballs and spaghetti, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer until the pasta is cooked, about 10 minutes
Top with grated cheese & parmesan cheese. Add cooked meatballs to top of spaghetti. Scoop cooked spaghetti (with large slotted spoon) into marinara sauce
Place in freezer containers or freezer bags for another meal. Taste often and add more spices to taste if needed, simmering after each addition before tasting again

In a large bowl combine eggs, egg whites and salt & pepper to taste. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown turkey sausage over medium high until no pink remains
Fry the onion in oil for a few minutes until softened and then add the garlic for a minute. Repeat with the remaining portions and then rolls the meatballs in flour
DO AHEAD. Formeatballs. For sauce. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite, stirring occasionally
