  • 200 gr Marie biscuits, finely crushed
  • 2 tbs Icing sugar, optional
  • 3 tbs Unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 8-10 tbs Condensed milk (I used chocolate condensed milk)
  • Chocolate rice or sprinkles
  • Mini cupcake cases
