  • 3 cups - 750g semoule moyen (medium grained semolina)
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup oil
  • ¼ cup flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 TBS vanilla powder or 1 package of vanilla sugar (not extract or essence)
  • ½ cup - 120m
  • 2 cups - 500g of ground almonds
  • 1 cup - 250g sugar
  • one generous pinch of cinnamon
  • one generous TBS of vanilla
  • one small splash of almond essence (optional)
