Hi Supermoms,. I am so happy if I get to share the recipe of a dish on the day I prepare it. With heat increasing to unreasonable levels ( 45 degrees C) here in Delhi, salads and wraps that can be made in a jiffy are my favourites
100 g lebanese bread (about 30cm or 12-inches round). Pre-heat oven to 225 C (425F). Spread tomato paste even over leabanese bread and top with grated mozzarella, followed by evenly spaced olives
Finely chop the garlic and mix with the olive oil Brush the flatbreads with garlic oil mixture and put the flatbreads in the oven for about 5 minutes Take the flatbreads out of the oven. First, add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce then add 3 slices of mozzarella cheese on top of the flatbread Season with salt and pepper before adding thinly sliced tomatoes on top Put the flatbreads back in the oven for another 5 minutes
Soak the beans in water overnight. Drain and rinse. Cook the meat and garlic with olive oil in a pan. Once the meat is all browned, add the rest of the ingredients with the exception of the cilantro
In batches, fry the flatbreads in the hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden brown. Place the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine
