  • 250 ml fresh cream (i used amul)
  • 1 1/2 cup alphonso mango pulp
  • 1/2 cup sugar/ as needed depending on the sweetness of mango.
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp gelatin
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • for the mango glaze
  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tbsp gelatin
