Ingredients

  • 4 ounces lady fingers cookies
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 8- ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup whole milk ricotta, room temperature
  • 1 cup mango puree ( about 1 1/4 cup diced mango put into food processor and ran thru sieve)
  • 2 eggs 1/2 cup sugar
  •  
  • For the syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice ( juice of 1 large lemon or 2 small)
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
