I really liked the combination of red wine, balsamic with the figs andchicken, simple but elegant. Place the chicken in a roasting pan or casserole and arrange the baby potatoes (washed but not peeled) around it
Sprinkle with remaining torn sage leaves and serve. The fact that I grow sage, and had a couple of bags of Melissa’s potatoes on hand didn’t hurt either
