The only part of the recipe you can consider slightly non-nutritious is the gravy since it is basically sodium and butter… but still, it wasn’t made withturkey drippings or anything so even that isn’t terrible for you

They make great soups and sauces and are delicious eaten raw in salads, but I always keep a can of sliced mushrooms in my pantry for the days I run out of the fresh variety
