  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Cooking spray
  • 3 8- ounce packages 1/3 reduced fat cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 cup maple syrup, plus extra for drizzling
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
