Maple-Pecan Banana Bread

  • 11/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • 11-1/3 cups mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
  • 11-1/2 cups flour
  • 11 cup sugar
  • 11 tsp. baking soda
  • 11 tsp. salt
  • 11 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans, divided
  • 14 tsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup
  • 11 egg 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing 1-1/3 cups mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3) 1-1/2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans, divided 4 tsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrupHeat oven to 350ΒΊF. Beat egg, dressing and bananas in large bowl with whisk until blended. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Add to banana mixture; stir just until moistened. Stir in 1/2 cup nuts. Pour into 4 greased and floured mini loaf pans, adding about 1 cup batter to each. Combine syrup and remaining nuts; spoon over batter. Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool bread in pans 10 min. Remove from pans to wire racks; cool completely.
