  • 30 g unsalted butter
  • 6 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 6 g water
  • 6 g sugar
  • 1. Add tangzhong and all ingredients except the liquid and butter in a bowl, gradually add
  • 1 cm thick
  • 4 folds Roll
  • 6 mm thick
  • 22 cm width
