Ingredients

  • 300 g sel
  • 250 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 very ripe bananas
  • 370 g without skin
  • 1 tub sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
  • mashed bananas (from here onwards I used a spatula to fold)
  • 65-75 minutes or
