  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled, cut into small cubes
  • 125 g mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • For the frosting
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 125 g mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 6 tbsp icing sugar
