I’ve never been quite satisfied withhomemadepizza dough. I am from Upstate NY- a far cry from NYC, but still pan pizza to us is paper thinwith a slightly crisp crust
What to cook your pizza on - If you have a gas or electric oven, you should either use a vented pizza pan (the one that I always use, the AirBake Ultra by T-fal), also known as a pizza screen or a pizza stone (link to the Pampered Chef Medium Round Stone with Built in Handles on the Sides)

I am no longer afraid of pizza and wanted to share my story with you all. I also learned that if you treat it with love it will taste wonderful and have great texture
So given the popularity of the recipe I posted in the past for homemade biscuits with no yeast, I figured it was worth sharing the recipe that I've been using for pizza dough with no yeast
