I made this recipe up in attempt to copy-cat the Trader Joes Balsamic and Rosemary GrilledChicken. Serve this on kabobs, over a salad, or as a main dish with some grilled veggies for an easy amazing summer dinner

Since chicken is kind of blah (I’m bored with it just thinking about it) I find it is more exciting when it’s sandwiched in between some deliciously charred bread & smothered with toppings
The one I prepared tonight is based on a recipe that I just seen yesterday on one of Paula Deen’s shows, GrilledMarinated Flat Iron Steak Sandwich and also a side of Baked Crinkle Fries
