  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 30 minutes

  • 1 cup water
  • 3 envelopes
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1⁄2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons pure vanilla
  • 12 minutes
