Ingredients

  • 25 to 30 mins Serves - 2 to 3
  • 2 tblspn
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 small piece
  • 1 tblspn chopped finely
  • 6 cloves chopped finely
  • 1 tblspn Turmeric powder / Manjal podi -
  • 1 cup ( I used frozen)
  • 1 tsp Water - 2.5 cup (if using basmati rice, use 2 cup of water)
  • pour water
