Ingredients

  • The idea behind the cake is the same: layers of graham crackers, a pudding mixture and a topping of chocolate. It just takes a slightly different form

  • What You’ll Need
  • Graham crackers
  • 2 small boxes of vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 container of cool whip {I use low fat}, thawed
  • Frosting
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 Tbsp of butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Let’s Make It
  • 1 ) Mix pudding and milk in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk until thickened.
  • 2 ) Place graham 5-6 graham crackers in a large bag. Gently crush with the back of a wooden spoon or spatula.
  • 3 ) Fill the bottom of a mason jar with enough graham cracker crumbs to create a visible layer.
