old and that I realize that if a food item has more ingredients than the IRS Tax Code has pages, it’s probably not good for you. Seriously though, when was the last time a software engineer steered you wrong about food?

Eat your massagedkalesalad without knowing THE REAL ME. Massagedkale. With some loving squeezes, a drizzle of olive oil, a spritz of lemon juice and a sprinkle of salt, you get this bright, supple, almost sweet salad with all the great qualities and nutrients of dark leafy greeks without the gross, masticating torture of eating dense kale
Spring mix, spinach, kale broccoli, brussels sprouts, pumpkin seeds (I just roasted some raw ones in my oven for a few minutes) and cranberries are all key components to this superfood-packed salad
And kale. Remove the stems of the kale, then stack the leaves and thinly slice. If the kale starts to stick to the pan, add some water, a tablespoon at a time
I have been experimenting with raw creamy sauces and dressings for a kalesalad after my love for Lacinato KaleSalad with Dried Cranberries, Cashews, Apple & Curried Dressing
Sautéed Kale. It is difficult to eat cold raw salad in winter. Heat oil and saute crushed garlic till slightly golden - add chopped kale and saute for a minute - add salt and pumpkin seeds and remove
One of my favorite things about using kale in salads is how well it holds up to time, which makes it fantastic to make ahead, bring to a party or save leftovers
In a large bowl, mix together the kale, quinoa, pomegranate seeds, dried cranberries and walnuts. Pour dressing over the salad and toss together until evenly coated
Asian Sesame KaleSalad. Have you noticed that kale is everywhere lately. This sesame dressing is sweet and smooth and covers the salad ingredients with a delicious Asian flair
Kale and Quinoa Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette – words cannot describe how good this salad is. No matter how much people rave about how good kale is and how good it is for you, I kind of disagree because I’d rather eat bacon, let’s just put it that way
