Ingredients

  • 20 to 30 min Serves: 2 to 3.
  • 250 gm, cleaned (I like to give slit marks on each side).For Marination:
  • 1/4 or shallots: 4 or 5.
  • 4 to 5.
  • 1 tsp Salt: 1/2 tsp or as needed.To make the curry:
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder: 1/2 tsp Cardamon: 2.
  • 1/4 inch Cloves: 4.
  • 1 tsp Curry leaves: 1 or 2 sprigs Thick coconut milk: 1 cup ( I used coconut milk powder-2 1/2 tbsp in 1 cup water.
  • 1 tbsp Salt: 1 tsp or as needed.How I made:.

  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 4 minutes
