Ingredients

  • 4 Skewers
  • 1 orange pepper, sliced into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 avocado, diced into 1 inch pieces
  • 8 grape tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper, sliced into 1 inch pieces
  • 8 pieces of cubed pineapple (I purchase pre-cut to save time)
  • 4 wooden (presoaked) or wire skewers
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
